Time Access International is the leading company in time attendance **hardware (Security Systems) **and software for the last 29 years and has developed our **own digital HR product (HRMS Systems)
**Business Development Executive**:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for new customer acquisition and driving new revenue while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel on-site for sales demonstrations or make presentations through teleconference meetings
- Develop pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and propose contracts/subscriptions
- Generate enquiries both from company internal and external sources
- Close sales for company products and services.
- Create new resellers, tap on existing distribution networks.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Finding and developing new local sales opportunities and improving sales figures
- Attend on-site client demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and maintain strong long term strategic relationships key accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred as you will be facing clients directly
- Have a strong understanding of all products and services
- Monitor industry trends and competition to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Preferably 1-2 years of Sales experience.
- Speaks English, Mandar in fluently
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker, highly independent and resourceful
- Passionate about sales
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Possess good communication, marketing, and negotiation skills
- Experience in HRMS industry or Experience in IT industry is a bonus
- Having own vehicle is a bonus
