Singapore STARLIGHT BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES (S) PTE LTD Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare quotation as per their requirements
- Will be responsible for arrangement of project sites.
- Liaise with client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, worker.
- To undertake any other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned from time to time.

Educational Level:

- Diploma holders with relevant experience in construction sector.
- Safety Certificates ( Safety Supervisor, Work At Height Manager, etc)
- Motorbike Driving License is required.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Sector.
- Experience in the Painting, Waterproofing or Epoxy Flooring will be advantageous.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Tamil/Chinese/Burmese will be advantageous
- Other Attributes (relevant to the job):

- Able to multitask, meticulous and highly organised
- Excellent communication and people engagement skills
- Proactive, strong team player and able to work independently
