Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations and services.
- Familiar with payroll, reporting & statutory declarations including liaison with outsourced payroll vendors
- Handle full cycle of recruitment roles as assigned
- Handle employees’ relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations and other employee disputes in accordance with company policy.
- Responsible in the preparation and review of annual staff costs budgeting and monitoring of Selling, General & Administrative Expenses (SG&A) for focused countries
- Assist to develop HR policies and procedures consistent with employment regulations and industry audits
- Participate in business process improvement initiatives and drive HR projects implementation.
- Involve in any other ad-hoc HR project, assignments, and deliverables as directed from Management
- Manage and supervise office administration function

**Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2-3 years of human resource generalist experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR best practices and policies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, resourceful, meticulous, multi-tasking,
- Thorough knowledge of Singapore labor laws, employment-related laws and regulations
- Self-motivated and resilience, able to work under own autonomy and fast paced environment
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
