**Invoicing & Billing**
- Generate and issue accurate invoices in line with company policies and client contracts.
- Review client accounts for accuracy and correct any billing discrepancies.
**Data Entry & Record Keeping**
- Maintain meticulous billing records and ensure payment data is always up to date in the system.
**Payment Processing**
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
**Customer Service**
- Handle client inquiries related to invoices and payment plans with professionalism and clarity.
**Reporting**
- Prepare reports on billing status and assist with account reconciliation.
**Compliance & Auditing**
- Ensure billing processes adhere to financial regulations and assist with audit requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and communication skills.
- Experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and support a dynamic team.
