**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Extract and distill core information from MiAO WORLDS' Visual Identity (VI) to strengthen the company's brand.
- Plan and produce creative visual content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia, specifically tailored for overseas social media platforms and internal communications to enhance brand perception.
- Develop and implement innovative communication strategies that bolster brand influence, utilizing data monitoring to optimize engagement and reach.
- Participate in employer brand research and assist in the iteration of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring alignment with our company vision.
- Collaborate in producing brand materials based on thorough analysis of trends and insights within the gaming industry.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Local and fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in brand design, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and innovative communication strategies.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with social media content creation and strategies, especially for international markets, is a plus.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
