STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)

The Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing, Asia Pacific will be supporting Manager, Brand Marketing, Asia Pacific in delivering Brand Marketing key initiatives and owning/leading the following area:

- Leading and developing Strategic Merchandise /Apparels Branding for the region
- Leading and developing Regional Event Expo contents and creatives
- Leading and developing Sponsorship Strategy, define new opportunities leveraging Sports Events, Sports Athletes and Sports Team Sponsorship and provide guidance to the markets
- Leading and developing Selected Product Consumption campaign
- Leading and developing Regional New Product Communicating marketing assets
- Supporting the development and implementation of Regional Brand Communication strategy
- Supporting the development and implementation of Brand Equity Campaign across Asia Pacific to enhance building positive brand image.
- Supporting the development and implementation of annual Brand Activations across Asia Pacific

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Primarily interacts with Regional Marketing (Product & Creative), Regional Sales & Member Services, Corp Comms, Finance, Local Marketing Teams, and Herbalife Nutrition Home Office - Sales & Marketing teams and external vendors.
- Interacts and has a good understanding of Distributors, Customers, External Key Influencers, Sports Teams & Athletes, and vendors across the region.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: List the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.
- Leading and developing Strategic Merchandise /Apparels Branding for the region
- In charge of strategic planning of APAC Merchandise to overall design of the merchandise, forecasting, procurement, pricing, delivery follow up and developing communication materials.
- Work in close partnership with Regional Sales, Member Services, Analytics, Insights Team, and marketing teams to gain insights on internal sales reports, Members and consumers’ behavior, and competitor analysis to deliver an optimal solution
- Work with creative agency and come up with annual refreshed design collections of merchandise for the markets
- Project management to ensure the deliverables are met on time
- Review post analytics/sales report of the merchandising
- Leading and developing Regional Event Expo contents and creatives
- In charge of planning and developing Regional Event Expo contents
- Work in close partnership with Sales, Creative Services, Product Marketing, Business Development Team and legal to ensure the contents are meeting creative, on-brand standard, and compliant.
- Consolidation of the feedback across all stakeholders
- Vendor communication
- Manage and coordinate Mega Translation of the assets with the stakeholders and vendors
- Project management to ensure the deliverables are met on time
- Leading and developing Sponsorship Strategy
- Define new opportunities leveraging Sports Events, Sports Athletes and Sports Team Sponsorship
- Review and provide guidance to the countries’ sponsorship proposals
- Monitor the KPI and ROI of the sponsorship activation
- Leading and developing Selected Product Consumption campaigns and New Product Communication Launch Assets
- Plan and develop communication assets of selected Product Consumption campaign leveraging existing products
- Work in close partnership with Creative Agency, in-house creative team, Product Marketing, legal and product governance team to ensure the claims are compliant and yet meeting the brand standard
- Project management to ensure the deliverables are met on time
- Supporting the development and implementation of Regional Brand Communication strategy
- Support the development and implementation of Regional Brand Communication strategy and 360-degree marketing communication assets/guidance to support countries’ growth
- Supporting the development and implementation of regional Brand Equity campaign across Asia Pacific to enhance building positive brand image.
- Analyse the brand insight and support developing the brand equity campaign, marketing activation and 360-degree communication assets across Asia Pacific
- Supporting the development and implementation of regional Annual Brand Activations across Asia Pacific
- Analyse the insights and findings and support developing execution of Annual Brand Activations across Asia Pacific
- Support developing the strategic communication assets and marketing activations of the 360-degree brand activation campaigns

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Skills/Education/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or above
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing
