**The opportunity**:
The Marketing Cloud Technical Architect is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions and involve in the development of final deliverables. Designs project solution and blueprint document. Leads the development team in onshore/offshore. Responsible for developing quality code using patterns & best practices, organizes and leads a team through design and implementation on time and budget, guides and mentors developers.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Be single point of technical contact to the client and will be responsible for design, development, UAT and go-live.
- Oversee scoping, identification of project deliverables, and creation of project specific documentation such as functional specifications, technical specifications, etc.
- Determine and provide a necessary level of technical documentation during requirements gathering.
- Communicate the technical dependencies to concerned teams and then establishing a coordination process for optimal implementation of the individual components of marketing cloud projects.
- Recommend solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
- Co-ordinate with customers, product vendors and our other IT partners to ensure a successful implementation.
- Drive full-stack hands-on development across multiple technology stacks. i.e Salesforce marketing Cloud, Salesforce core cloud etc.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.

**Required Years of Related Experience**:

- Business Experience: Minimum 3 years of Business Experience.
- Technical Experience: Minimum 5 -10 years of relevant Information Technology systems development and integration experience.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and architecture, awareness of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
- Demonstrative success with large Salesforce Marketing Cloud Projects.
- Salesforce certifications Preferrable - Admin and Admin advanced, Sales cloud Consultant, Service cloud Consultant, Community cloud consultant, Platform developer-1, Platform developer-2, Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective, and strong people and project management skills.
