**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Transcribe, record, fax and file documents.
- Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories.
- Liaise with project team on material specification.
- Material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment.
- Preparation and execution of purchase requisition and arrange timely delivery of material.
- Manage material / inventory level at sites and ensure the target level is met but not overstock.
- Communicate with clients and employees, and respond to any queries or complaints.
- Assit Department managers for preparing administrative documents.
**Requirments**:
- Preferably at least 2 year of working experience in administation, purchasing / procurement.
- New comer who is willing to learn and take up the challenge is welcome too.
- A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess good negotiation skills and good knowledge of construction costs and related rates.
