**About the Company**

The hiring company is a multi-billion reputable multi-national company specialising in scientific analytical and measuring instruments and solutions. The organisation is well-known for its precision instruments used in various fields including research, pharmaceutical production, semiconductor and electronics.

The Singapore office at Science Park (near Kent Ridge MRT) serves as the regional headquarters for its operations in the Asia Pacific region, which maintains a strong presence in 15 countries including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, providing sales, marketing, technical support, and customer service to its clients.

They are now looking for a knowledgeable and motivated LCMS (Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry) Product Specialist to join their team. This position will be responsible for providing technical and scientific expertise related to their LCMS products [including Single Quadrupole, Triple Quadrupole & QTOF] in ASEAN & South Asia [including India] region.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide expert technical and scientific support to customers and sales representatives regarding LCMS products to increase the market share of LCMS products in the region.

2. Support local sales team and distributors in ASEAN & South Asia [including India] region for all LCMS [including Single Quadrupole, Triple Quadrupole & QTOF] related sales and product lines.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities and to develop effective strategies for product promotion.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues relating to LCMS products and provide timely solutions.

6. Keep up to date with the latest scientific research and advancements in LCMS technology.

7. Work closely with the product development team in HQ to provide insights in product improvements and new product development.

8. Keep up to date with professional and technical expertise by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Master’s Degree or bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or relevant qualifications

2. Proven hands-on experience, minimum 5 years in LCMS Triple Quadrupole/QTOF/Single Quadrupole technologies is required.

3. Experience in MALDI-TOF, GCMS/MS will be an advantage.

4. Experience in marketing/ product management will be an advantage.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders

7. Willing to travel in ASEAN and South Asia region for about 30%.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
