Manufacturing Consultant

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below:

- Focus on D365 production and planning modules & good industry experience on D365 production & planning but other modules knowledge such as finance and/or SCM will be added advantage
- Involve in pre-sales, implementation projects & AMS support overall management
- Architecting solutions that deliver results for the client
- Interfacing with customer project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors,
- Lead client workshops, to analyse and design D365 F&O solutions for your workstream.
- Define and evaluate the functional and non-functional requirements for each business process in your workstream.
- Develop the functional specification design and business scenarios and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood.
- Define and document system requirements utilizing process flows, use cases, and other methods.
- Able to do all configurations in D365 for the Production Control Module (for Process, Discrete, and Lean Manufacturing).
- Experience in production functionality (handling materials, planning, and executing routes and operations, costing sheets, capacity planning, scheduling, Shop Floor Management, product cost tracking)
- Prototype, configure and test the respective business processes.
- Provide customization enhancements, reports etc functional specification and work closely with technical team to ensure timely delivery and quality of customization deliverables
- System configuration and prepare project documentation deliverables.
- Support the key-users in user acceptance testing.
- Train key-users and/or end-users
- Assist in pre-sales support with providing system demo, support in RFP and tender and fit & gap analysis with providing solutions for ERP system
- Pre-sales activities involves but not limited to gathering requirement, proof of concept (system demo), and develop winning strategy, prepare the budgetary including project scope and final technical proposal including cost estimation
- Upgrade and integration with other solutions
- Work as Lead Manufacturing consultant and or PM/ PMO of the D365 project depending size of the project
- Build rapport with the partners & engage, manage the partners for D365 projects
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Stay current on product releases and new technologies
- Overall management of Application Management Support (after live run) for existing customers to ensure that SLA is met
- Any other internal projects or assignments as and when require

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation experience (Manufacturing).
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations experience in the Production Control module (for Process, Discrete, and/or Lean Manufacturing types).
- Extensive experience working in core manufacturing business processes such as Material and Resource Scheduling/ Planning, Production Routing, Bill of Material Costing, Shop Floor, cost calculation and costing methods etc.
- Experience working in inventory and supply chain business processes such as Procurement, Distribution, Advanced Warehouse Management, Inventory Management etc.
- Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments
- Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams
- Strong requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience.
- Results oriented and self-motivated to deliver with excellence.
