**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor the operational elements of the DHLE network ops to ensure that the operations is run in the most effective, safe and cost-efficient manner to meet contractual and handling requirements while ensuring compliance to policies, procedures & regulatory requirements.
- Performance monitoring at the DHLE stations to ensure ops KPIs are met and timely submission of reports.
- 1st level problem/conflict resolution between DHLE & SATS, and internal Business Units.
- Engagement with Stations to review performance and issues. Maintain track record of trending issues at stations.
- Timely escalation of issues to Duty Managers for resolution if required.
- Ensure timely collation of information in preparation for the Monthly Delay Occurrence Committee meeting.
- Prepare and attend weekly performance review with (a) Flight Ops and Engineering (2) SATS and DHLE SG (3) INCC.
- Prepare and attend the Quarterly SIA-DHL Ops Council meeting.
- Coordination and updates of Stations Local Operating Plans (LOPs) and other Operational manuals, as required.
- Coordination and pre-ops for new DHLE stations.
- Assist/prepare investigation reports where required.
- Any other projects and/or tasks as assigned by Duty Manager / Superiors.

**Requirements**:

- A good Diploma in Aviation Management, Logistics, or related field is required.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in cargo operations and/or warehouse and logistics related roles is advantageous.
- Good understanding of cargo operations and supply chain best practices, operations management are preferred.
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and respond quickly to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to changes and a problem solver.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office software - MS-Excel (include macro, pivot etc.), Tableau is advantageous
