**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, providing hands-on guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence.-
- Cloud Expertise: Leverage your expertise in AWS services such as AWS Lambda, AWS Step Function, AWS DynamoDB, AWS S3, and Terraform to build and maintain scalable and resilient cloud-based solutions.- Data Warehousing: Work with data engineering teams to interface with data warehouse solutions like Snowflake for data analytics and reporting.- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.- Team Development: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.

Qualifications:
- 15+ years of senior software engineering experience, showcasing technical expertise, leadership, strategic vision, and successful project and team management.- Proven expertise in software engineering with a strong command of Fast API, Python, C#, SQL, and AWS services.- Deep understanding of data warehouse solutions, especially Snowflake, is a plus.- Proficiency in CI/CD tooling, particularly Jenkins, to enable efficient software development pipelines.- Previous experience with microservices architecture and serverless design principles.- Demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills, particularly in leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.- Proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders to drive technology strategy and align it with organizational goals.- A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude with a proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and industry trends.- A commitment to teaching, coaching, and mentoring team members, coupled with the ability to make substantial individual contributions.- A commitment to ensuring that the team consistently delivers high-quality code and facilitates effective communication and feedback within the team.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with demonstrated leadership experience in similar roles.
