Overview:
**Position Purpose**:

- Generate commission revenue
- Business development of PTG/HFT clients
- Expand product and client coverage
- Onboarding of new clients

**Responsibilities**:
**Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:

- Main contact person for clients
- Manage commissions
- Manage minimum volume/commission on a monthly basis
- Check Statements daily to ensure all commissions and trades are in order
- Onboarding of new clients
- Resolve all outstanding issues and documentations
- Sales efforts daily
- Co -ordinate deposits/ withdrawals
- Facilitate smooth trading of clients
- Manage client Trading system, market data cost, colo and sponsored access
- Co-ordinate on marketing efforts

Qualifications:
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years in a Prop/HFT sales
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge in colocation services and sponsored access requirements
- Self-motivated, able to use own initiative as well as the ability to work well within a team.
- Strong quantitative skills.
- Proven time management skills. Should be able to work well under pressure managing several time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to analyze markets and form a market opinion.
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels.
- Effective presentation and marketing skills.
- Ability to learn technical products and explain complex products in clear, simplified terms to prospective clients.
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related fields preferred.
- Proficient in technicality of PTG/HFT
