**We are looking for a senior Chief Transformation Officer for a very challenging and exciting role to shape and drive the overall transformation agenda for a PE-Backed client, who recently completed a global merger. The combined, right-sized organization will set the foundations for an ambitious 5-year growth plan.**:
**This role will report directly to the group CEO and lead the overall Finance and HR transformation efforts. S/he must have the gravitas to align the C-suite of the client and be comfortable working in fast-paced Private Equity environment.**:
**12-month contract initially, which could be extended.**:
**Highly attractive compensation will be commensurate to experience.**:
