**Project** Description**:
The Bank uses the Murex platform to manage its Global Market business across Front Office, Back Office and Market Risk.
To support this platform, the bank is looking for consultants to help manage and support dev and test environments and support the Go Live activities. The consultant will be working in a team of 10 engineers across Singapore and Malaysia and will be coordinating and supporting the requests with the bank's Infrastructure and Security teams. The job also consists in automating manual tasks and integrating Murex platform to existing CI/CD frameworks and processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for Infra related issues on Murex Dev and Test environments
- Coordinate and verify Infra requests: New server setup, Network change, Security issues...
- Write scripts to automate manual tasks
- Raise requests for production releases by using UOB's devops pipeline and process
- Support projects Go Lives and Mock Runs during weekends if required
**Skills**:
Must have
- At least 5 years of technical support in a bank
- Very good understanding of Infra components: UNIX/Linux, Network, Storage, Database
- Good knowledge of scripting: Shell, Python, Chef/Ansible
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience on Devops tools: GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible/Chef
- Good communication (oral and written) skills in English language
- Flexible with working on weekends on demand basis
- Must have a positive work attitude, highly motivated and a team player
Nice to have
- Basic functional knowledge on Financial Market products
- Experience on AWS or other Cloud platform
- Experience or knowledge on Security
