Technical Support Consultant (Application/Product support)

Join us as we embark on this exciting journey in healthcare technology.As a Support Specialist at Altera, your responsibilities will include:- Supporting the organization's products to ensure seamless operations- Following all Standard Operating Procedures SOP's, including Patient Safety and Compliance guidelines- Diagnosing and resolving client queries or issues related to system configuration/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements via telephone or Internet- Proficient in reading and executing Structured Query Language (SQL) code- Tracking and documenting inbound support requests while ensuring accurate notation of client problems- Documenting solutions to effectively address client or product issues- Maintaining a log of issues using SNOW and providing client feedback to improve product design- Assisting clients in troubleshooting Altera products and supporting consultants during deployment/upgrade of client sites- Achieving established support goals and collaborating with clients on complex problems- Handling specific product-related functional and technology issues, including system/data recoveryTo be successful in this role, you should have:- 2-4 years of relevant experience- Willingness to work in shifts- Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Knowledge of US Healthcare workflow, healthcare applications, HIT terminology, and patient care environments- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences- Experience in interacting with international clients, especially from the USA- Hands-on experience in application/product support and familiarity with SQL queries, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, etc.- Basic understanding of troubleshooting and analytical skills- Awareness of ITIL concepts like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge ManagementQualifications:- Graduate in Computer Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Informatics, or equivalent skills and experience in information technology, clinical health care, or health care admissions and financials.If you require assistance with website accessibility or need help with the application process, please reach out to us at hidden_email.,
