Technical Support Consultant (Application support, SQL)
As a part of the Altera team, you play a crucial role in delivering health IT solutions globally. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to shaping the future of healthcare.Your responsibilities will include:- Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services- Resolving client inquiries and issues related to system configuration, product functionality, and bug fixes via phone or internet- Utilizing industry-standard tools for operating systems, SQL, and networking- Keeping up to date with product technology, design updates, and new offerings- Serving as a lead support specialist, handling high-profile escalations for specific products- Identifying opportunities for cost savings through improved efficiency and tool development- Acting as a primary contact for client engagements in the absence of your manager- Conducting Root Cause Analysis on critical issues within set timelines- Facilitating Case Review calls with clients- Leading critical and MI calls for prompt response and issue resolutionTo excel in this role, you should have:- Over 5 years of experience in software/application support or a related technical field- Comprehensive knowledge of Altera solutions, client environments, and the healthcare industry- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, SQL Server, and other third-party solutions- Strong scripting skills for troubleshooting and automation- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)- Hands-on experience with enterprise applications and components- Ability to diagnose issues and perform root cause analysis through log reviews and collaboration- Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively in global teams- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceIf you have any accessibility concerns regarding our website or require assistance with the application process, please reach out to us at hidden_email us in shaping the future of healthcare technology and making a positive impact on communities worldwide.,
