**Job Description**:
eCommerce and automation duties:

- Scope and design a total ecommerce management solution which will integrate all marketplaces and platforms to a single omnichannel system
- Aggregate all order data to a single system which will be further defined by user roles to increase productivity
- Streamline current ecommerce fulfilment methods and working alongside Shopee and Lazada IT team to integrate their system through open API to our last mile fulfilment partner
- Work closely with our last mile fulfilment partners to ensure delivery SLA are adhered to and exceeded
- We are working with a local renowned tech firm to fully white label an in house system, which will cover innovative technology which include crawling, RPA, OPA, to get the data we will need, and the applicant will have to be in charge of stress testing the system under different scenarios
- Applicant will be a very crucial role in the digitalisation of our company, and to execute the findings from a Digitalisation Workflow Study we did earlier in 2021
- Other matters will include the implementation of QR codes, and RFID technology on our products and warehouse, to further increase inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, which will impact the cash flow of the company and increase customer satisfaction as a whole
- As part of this project, the end to end duties will also include how files and media assets are being managed in the company, and to introduce productivity tools and apps that will result in identifying our bottle necks and to search for solutions to ensure all department duties are not duplicated. This will be done in conjunction with McKinsey and Son under the IHCI program where IoT (Internet of Things) technology will be put into our current operations

Corporate Duties:

- Provide leadership for the eCommerce Logistics team
- Procurement of raw material
- Product configuration, suggesting suitable infrastructure, logistics, secured payment gateway to accelerate eCommerce processes to meet customers expectations
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Sheldon Global eCommerce warehouse, which includes planning and optimizing space for more efficient storage, picking, and packing to keep up with daily orders
- Manage, receive, and check on all inventory in the warehouse using platforms such as Xero
- Recruit, select, and train employees for annual eCommerce peak periods (e.g Monthly sale (6.6), Great Singapore Sale, etc)
- Communicate job expectations
- Prepare an annual budget, analyse variances and initiating corrective actions
- Adjust to different logistic requirements depending on the eCommerce platforms used in Sheldon Global
- Learn the use of our upcoming project of warehouse automation through the WMS platform
- Make important policy, planning, and strategic decisions
- Help promote our company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Work with Managing Director to determine values, and plan for short-term and long-term goals
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors
