**Roles & Responsibilities**
**1. Responsible to set-up and operates Grinding/Milling/Lathe/Surface Grinding/Wire Cut machines.

Carry out Milling & Grinding for mold-making and inserts for plastic injection.

2. Able to read and intertpret engineering drawing.

3. Operate surface grinding machine to grind high precision tool to meet specification.

4. To meet the manufacturing schedule, according to job assigned. Self-inspect finished work-piece before routing to next manufacturing process.

5. Carry out preventive maintenance on machining job.

6. Carry out work piece inspection.

7. Implement improvement on machining efficiency to increase productivity and reduce cost.

8. Capable of achieving grinding precision up to 0.005mm.

9. Perform any other job duties as assigned.

10. Follow established safety rules and regulations.

11. Maintain work area (housekeeping)

**Requirements**:
1. Preferably Manufacturing background.

2. Able to operate conventional Lathe/Milling/Grinding/CNC milling/ CNC lathe/ Wirecut machines.

3. Experience and knowledge in precision engineering.

4. Able to read and interprets engineering/technical drawings.

5. Experience in tool and die making industry will be a plus.

6. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

7. The ability work closely with others in a team orientated work environment.

8. Able to work exended hours as required.

9. 3 to 5 years experience.

10. 6 days work week.
