**About Our Client**

Our client is a leading Cloud Native Platform provider that helps enterprise IT teams drive continuous innovation. We are looking for a proactive and skilled **Solutions and After-Sales Engineer** to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you will be a key technical liaison, providing guidance and support to customers while collaborating with their global teams to enhance product offerings and ensure customer success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance, product training, and on-site support to resolve technical challenges and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and present comprehensive technical documentation, including project proposals, implementation plans, and test reports.
- Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to provide valuable insights that inform our product development and R&D teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and technical workshops, potentially delivering keynote speeches and presentations.
- Facilitate technical exchanges and partnerships to foster collaboration with external partners.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT and internet-related companies, with a strong understanding of core technologies in the cloud computing industry (e.g., Kubernetes, DevOps, container platforms).
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as a Solutions Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar technical support position. Experience with medium to large-scale project implementation and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, international team environment.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Status: Cadre

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
