**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs, addressing queries, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
2. Sales Conversion:
- Identify opportunities to convert leads into customers by offering tailored solutions aligned with their requirements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Ascend Now’s offerings, including tutoring services, student profile building, and college admissions counseling.
- Clearly articulate the value and benefits of the services to customers.
4. Customer Insight:
- Actively listen to and understand customer sentiments, preferences, and challenges.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings and enhance customer experience.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and align messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with performance coaches and product teams to address customer-specific needs.
6. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports to track performance and provide actionable insights.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role (preferably in education or EdTech).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Customer Focus: Strong empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and build trust.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to convert leads and meet/exceed targets.
- Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and communication platforms like WhatsApp.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
