**Responsibilities**:
- Handle client's key accounts.
- Plan and develop sales promotional activities.
- Ensure of weekly communication with retail HQ buyers on sales figure and promotion.
- Develop sales and marketing plans to achieve sales target, revenue and growth.
- Review sales plans and activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of sales target.
- Ensure the outlet’s product displays are up to standard based on Company’s requirement.
- Build strong customer relationship with buyers and retailers.
- Provide good customer services and support to existing and new clients.
- KPI to achieve monthly sales target.
- Develop and build sales opportunities in new accounts and distribution channels.
- Expand current market base and increase sales volume.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
**Requirements**:
- A Degree holder with 2 to 3 years of working experience in retail / supermarket operations / sales.
- Good communication and negotiations skills.
- Strong aggressive, result-driven, right attitude and energetic.
- Self-motivated with strong learning attitude.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Able to start work immediately is a plus.
- 5.5 day week.
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
