**Position description**:
SembWaste, as the leading environmental services provider in Singapore, we are focused on waste management, public cleaning, and recycling services. We offer a comprehensive suite of services such as collection, processing, recycling, and disposal of solid waste to customers in the municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors.

**Purpose and Scope**
- This role reports to the Head of Business Development, Cora Environment and is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company’s waste management solutions and services. This role plays a critical part in securing revenue for MONA LISA (company’s trademark for waste audit and waste diversion solutions), driving customer acquisition and retention and positioning the company as a leader in sustainable environmental solutions.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets across commercial, municipal, and industrial sectors.
- Identify new market opportunities in growth sectors.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, lead negotiations, and close contracts for waste audit and waste diversion (MONA LISA) as well as closed loop partners network (CLPN).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through account management and service optimization.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments (e.g., recycling mandates, landfill diversion targets).

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in waste management, environmental services, or industrial B2B sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and lead successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of waste management services, environmental regulations, and sustainability trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategy.
