**Definition of role and responsibilities**:
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support the sales team and resellers orders from start to end, working remotely in Singapore or Philippines.
Your position will be crucial for delivering a positive end user experience and growing our business in the SEA region.
**Main tasks will be**:
- Assist Sales team with Sales order management, payment and deliveries
- Communicate with resellers, providing continuous and instant feedback
- Provide sales leads management for all resellers
- Support SEA team for back-end operations
- Resolve product complaint cases through continuous follow up
- Coordination with 3Shape HQ
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Assist SEA team in preparation of major sales activities as and when required
- Follow up on RA updates
- Manage the CRM data
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years commercial sales and marketing support or relevant working experience
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, reporting and English writing skills
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Team player, independent, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel when required
- May be required to work shifts on some days
