With your expertise in digital business consulting, you will support our clients across various industries and help them plan and execute innovation and digitization projects. As we are newly offering consulting services in Asia, you will be shaping Zuhlke’s market presence for innovation consulting, strategic advisory, and digital transformation, with a consistent focus on customer success.

In Zuhlke Group, the Digital Consulting team takes an end-to-end view on the offering development, delighting clients from the first touchpoint through the duration of the projects and beyond. We combine profound business and technology competence to create solutions, that inspire our customers. In our client work, we develop digital strategies, commercial products, support change programmes, and develop business models for the digital future - starting from an idea, market validation, realization, launch, and up-scaling. As head of the practice, you will lead a small yet highly experienced team of Digital Consultants based in Singapore.

This is a multi-faceted, exciting role where you’ll have a very real impact to establish our pioneer Asia team into a big success story within the Zuhlke Group. **Your goal.**
- You actively expand our client relations and build new ones. In a close cooperation with our sales team, you pursue sales activities, develop commercial offers, perform customer pitches, lead negotiations and setup the client engagements as well be the sparring partner alongside project leads
- With enthusiasm and passion, you are a leader, an enabler, coach and sparring partner for your team and leadership colleagues. You will be heading highly experienced, self-driven and diverse Digital Consultants for the region
- With your understanding of the client business, you design projects, take up ideas and lead our clients into the age of digitalisation. In doing so, you position Zuhlke in the market as a partner for business innovation
- You are a designated speaker, creator of professional articles and white papers to further promote yourself as a thought leader in digital transformation and innovation thus building upon your existing network for sales and presales activities
- You will guide the team to deliver top quality consulting services, be actively involved in client engagements, and make sure you are a professional people lead to all members of the team

**Your Talent.**
- You have minimum 10 years' experience in strategy, innovation and management consulting based in the Singapore market. You feel comfortable in technical environments and are well-versed in consulting at top management/C-suite levels
- You possess more than 3 years’ experience in consultative sales/business development within a professional services firm
- You have an excellent track record in leading diverse, multinational, and high performing teams in a consulting setup
- You love to connect with others and that is the reason you have built a broad yet relevant local business network which you are happy to bring in for the Digital Consulting practice and Zuhlke Group. Furthermore, you have gained in-depth insights, experience, and possess a passion for the continued success of the financial services and/or health market segments
- You have a sound understanding of the Asian market for tech-driven Business Consulting and on top of your Singapore experience for several years, you have also lived/worked in any of these ASEAN locations - HK, VN, MY - and built a network, which can be harnessed for potential opportunities
- You have mastered methods of innovation consulting (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking), agile business analysis (e.g., data analysis, business model development) and are used to working Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). You have successfully implemented projects in teams - also in large organizations. Start-up experience would be a great plus
- Quick uptake of complex issues and competent problem-solving skills as well as good communication skills and empathy for stakeholders. You are thoughtful, customer-oriented, creative, and innovative with a can-do attitude
- Team-oriented personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to try ideas outside the box
