**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lead, plan and coordinate various NHG Cares and NHG Cares Institute processes as well as government initiatives.
- Lead and drive the development & facilitation of progressive implementation and future-focused cluster-wide HRD interventions to meet organization needs.
- Proactively engaged and involved to formulate and review capability development strategy and frameworks/policies, based on landscape and eco-system needs.
- Responsible for full spectrum of L&D processes to determine needs and ensure effectiveness of program/s design, development and implementation.
- Create and drive multiple learning andragogies keeping abreast of trends, needs, ideas and innovation, introducing and incorporating innovative and appropriate learning methodologies and technologies to facilitate learning and transformative development, not limited to gamification, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, chatbots.
- Identify, establish and build network and partnerships with providers and partners and relevant government agencies on initiatives, grants and sponsorships.
- Source, implement, manage and evaluate relevant learning interventions (including digital learning) and facilitators/speakers/trainers to meet needs in alignment with strategic goal and intent.

**Job Requirements**

Education/Experience
- Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years’ experience in similar roles with proven track record of achievements in areas such as developing capability development models and solutions
- Experience in conceptualizing, developing framework and executing strategic plans to meet national and organizational needs
- Experience in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating L&D programmes
- Strong command of spoken and written English, including approval papers
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, collaboration of networks and relationships.
- Conversant in web-learning technologies, learning experience platforms and others. Hands-on experience in developing digital learning or virtual learning courseware would be an advantage.

- Organisational and planning skills to manage time and to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks with drive to deliver timely outcomes.
- Adept in leading cross functional team and delivering results through others.
