- Check Incoming pre-alert from customer/oversea, check instruction.
- Quotation to customer/oversea agents.
- Declare Customs permits, key jobs, do Delivery Order for arrange delivery/ release cargo.
- Once Cargo back to warehouse from clearance need to check cargo.
- 2. Export _
- Waiting for Customer Services passes down jobs to follow Shipping instruction & create draft AWBs for customers /Overseas Agents to check.
- Pre-draft Customs permits.
- prepare AirWaybills, documents, declare permits, key submission to Airlines/Terminal.
- 3. Import & Export _
- Submission Shipment detail thru website system(CCN) to Singapore Customs.
- AIR Import / Export.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Else, have working experience in Air Freight Operations (Import and Export)
- Meticulous, highly organized and positive attitude
