Job Description:

We seek a dedicated Air Freight Officer to ensure the smooth operation of our air freight services. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipment processing, booking and tracking shipments, resolving customer concerns, ensuring regulatory compliance, communicating effectively, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with operations to improve service quality.
