Job Title

Oversee daily import/export shipments and ensure seamless logistics operations as a proactive Air Freight Operations Specialist. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, resolve operational challenges, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily import/export freight movement and shipment status.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Vendors to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
  • Handle inquiries related to shipment status and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all shipment milestones are accurately and promptly updated in the system.

Support and execute tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor. Requirements include a Diploma or higher in related fields such as Logistics or Supply Chain Management, familiarity with air freight operations, and a positive mindset with a team player approach.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges, and adaptable to fast-paced warehouse settings with a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in related fields such as Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiarity with air freight operations.
  • Positive mindset with a team player approach.

Additional skills required include global logistics expertise, negotiation skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, logistical task management, interpersonal skills, inventory management, adaptability, air freight knowledge, freight handling, pressure management, time management, logistics planning, supply chain management, import logistics, teamwork, customer service, and working in fast-paced environments.
