Key Responsibilities:

- You will facilitate discussion between various business unit stakeholders and corporate functions units to agree on a common outcome to accelerate digitalisation across Ensign Group. You will be working across teams to understanding different business objectives and identifying opportunities for digital transformation
- You will lead cross-functional task forces to realise this vision. You will provide project leadership and execution support to build world class digital enablement capabilities across the organization. You will enjoy rolling your sleeves to lead hands-on implementation of business process digitalisation, knowledge management and collaboration technology
- You have a deep curiosity and passion to solve business challenges with facts and data. You are resilient and have a drive to seize opportunities. You love to continuously research about the latest technology trends in the market to propose solutions for cyber security business units across different domains

Qualifications/Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge is required. Postgraduate education in related fields or eight-ten years IT industry experience is preferred
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in Software Development, Robotic Process Automation, Content Management Systems and Cyber Security
- Familiar with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP and SaaS products like Salesforce, Workday, Workato, and Atlassian suite of products
- Experience managing a team of digital specialists and developers
