- Department: Commercial- Location: Singapore- Seller Engagement Associate / Senior Associate will report to the Head of Seller Engagement.
- Responsibilities and Duties- Ideate, draft and design collaterals for Seller Communications and Brand Marketing
- Manage Communication / Content Calendar with various stakeholders and their expectations
- Create and monitor local Google / Meta Brand Marketing campaigns to increase top of mind recall for aspiring and social sellers
- Plan strategic budget allocation for social boosting across all social channels to maximize reach and click throughs
- Manage relationship with media agency (KOL & Social Seeding, Creatives & Key Visuals, Video Productions, Content Marketing)
- Identify areas for performance improvements and implement whenever practicable; existing seller social channels (Youtube, Tik Tok, Facebook Group / Page, Blog)
- Oversee all seller-related content prior to dissemination in a BAU / Mega Campaign setting
- Manage Seller community sentiments and ensure timely response/communications
- Prepare Livestream contents with various stakeholders; Being Able to Moderate/Lead/Host a livestream is a plus. (Training will be Provided)
- Adhoc duties may be allocated for Online & Offline Events or Mega Campaigns

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification of relevant field
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in eCommerce, operations, marketing, project management, mass communications or any other experience deemed appropriate or relevant
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to think out of the box and provide creative effective solutions towards content creation
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Independent, able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong stakeholder management skills and willingness to interact, share ideas while working with individuals from other departments
- Customer centric and have a genuine interest in eCommerce
- Experience in Google Ads / Meta Business Suite campaign configurations and agency management is a must
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator and Premiere Pro is a plus
