
Business Development Specialist

We are expanding and looking for a self-motivated business development professional to come on board.
You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship in a supportive, close-knit environment, with ongoing career advancement opportunities.
Excellent base + bonus structure.
**The Role**:
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships.
- Present tailored solutions to potential clients, expertly handle objections, and negotiate terms that align with our high-value services.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including management of multiple projects.
- Attend events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and develop client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals/reports, and other materials as required.
- Achieving sales targets through proactive approaches
**About You**:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Management, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to identify and build new relationships through various strategies including direct sales and networking.
- Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs
- A team-player, who will take a hands-on approach and work collaboratively and enthusiastically within a team.
