We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Head of Wealth Solutions and Platform, SEA.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
The role holder will enable to share best practices and post deployment review among countries with the ultimate aims to ensure that our Relationship Managers (RMs) are equipped with the tools which allow them be more efficient, productive and client centric.
The role has overall responsibility for wealth product initiatives on non-face to face channel (digital first) and is responsible for the development, governance, monitoring, maintenance and implementation of wealth products being offered through non-face to face channel and own the commercialization KPI (customer penetration, sales volume, revenue, etc.), product proposition, pricing, marketing strategies, training and internal communications. The role will also be the overall campaign lead within the wealth team, overseeing campaign strategies, PWS, content, planning and ensuring synergies across cross-product campaigns (this will include sales across different channels). Role will work closely with Marketing team and digital team.
- Lead the development and implementation of a globally consistent wealth platforms and process; as to achieve the transformational strategy for a customer centric need based business model and to bring optimization of customer experience and sales productivity
- Act as a key stakeholder for technical specs, process and operations of wealth sales platforms transformation
- Deliver post deployment review and commercialization tracking of the platforms and tools deployed
- Act as the business lead for core testing of process and tools prior to deployment with the Group risk functions
- Lead country engagement to drive the best practice to achieve a customer centric needs based sales culture transformation

- Experience in leading and delivering projects in agile way of working
- Experience in Wealth Management across sales, product and distribution, project management, agile and transformation in a leading private client or wealth management firm
- Knowledge of local and regional practices and standards would be an asset and broad experience and understanding of the ASP markets will be essential
- Proven track record of business results with strong commercial focus and rigor in implementation
- Demonstrable people leadership and country relationship management skills, with the ability to gain consensus and agreement between geographically diverse countries
- Strong track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively
- Strong business acumen and ability to continually make trade-off decisions and build consensus
- Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment
- Able to influence, engage and lead in a positive, inspiring manner
