Executive Director, Head of Wealth Platform, Consumer Banking Group

As the Head of Wealth Platform, you will be responsible for driving development, implementation and running of DBS's wealth management and private banking platform, working in close partnership with key stakeholders across franchise, technology and operations. This role requires a deep understanding of digital wealth management, private banking, customer experience, technology, and regulatory compliance. You will lead cross-functional teams to enhance the bank’s wealth solutions and ensure seamless digital engagement for clients across the Wealth Continuum.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall strategy for the wealth and private banking platform, ensuring alignment with the bank’s digital and wealth management goals.
- Platform Innovation: Lead the evolution of DBS’s digital wealth and private banking platform by integrating advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and robo-advisory capabilities.
- Product Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment advisors, private bankers, product teams, and technology teams, to continuously improve platform offerings.
- Technology Integration: Partner with IT and FinTech partners to implement next-generation digital wealth and private banking tools and solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the platform meets all regulatory requirements and risk management standards in key markets.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, external partners, and key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and partnerships in the wealth and private banking ecosystem.
**Key Requirements**:
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, digital banking, or financial technology, with a proven track record in platform development and leadership.
- Industry Knowledge & Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of wealth management products, private banking services, investment advisory, and financial planning solutions.
- Technology Acumen: Familiarity with AI, big data, and digital wealth solutions, including robo-advisory and automated portfolio management.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep focus on enhancing customer experience through digital solutions.
- Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of financial regulations across Singapore and key Asian markets.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related fields.
