**Job Description**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Program Management (70%)
- Program Manager for leadership programs
- Manage full program organization and logistics management which includes branding, planning and launching
- Coordination of Participant, Line Manager, Mentor, HRBPs, LTDs briefing calls
- Point of contact for all Participants / speakers and in ensuring smooth program flow from planning to execution
- Engage the participants throughout the journey
- Research and assisting in uploading of contents to DigiXplore
- Manage the training calendar and budget
- End-to-end management of the Participant’s experience for virtual learning programs such as Mind Gym / Virtual Leadership Series / virtual learning workout (4-5 sessions each month)
- Managing participants’ registration list, actual sign up list, invitations to participants, communication to participants and setting up post program evaluations
- Help participants to troubleshoot and navigate the system
- Manage the training calendar and budget
- Supporting Learning and Talent Development programs (LAP, TLP, Analytics to Action, Corporate Athlete, eCommerce Learning Month )
- Manage full program organization and logistics management which includes branding, planning and launching
- Support SMEs to create/ upload the content to the DigiXplore app
- Point of contact for all Participants and in ensuring smooth program flow
- Liaising with external vendors such as hotel / printing vendors

Administrative Support (30%)
- Perform the role as Department Secretary- Scheduling all the meetings (external and internal)
- Consolidation of all meeting minutes / points for quarterly OLTD meetings
- Recording and sending links out to attendees
- Managing the budget sheet and also all the billing processes
- Learning Statistics- Assisting to consolidate and updating of key statistics for reporting to global / management
- POs and Mailing- Main point of contact for all learning and training items and arranging for delivery of items from Crowne warehouse to office, vice versa
- Raise POs, vendor creation for Regional C&B team and OLTD team
- Ensuring that the invoices are submitted to ELC Finance team

**Qualifications** QUALIFICATION**:

- Relevant degree from an accredited university.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in a multinational, fast-paced business environment.
- Possess knowledge of project management.
- Creative and demonstrates ability to think out of box for ideas.
- Demonstrate strong learning agility
- Detailed, meticulous, organized and ensures a high standard of output.
- An independent self-starter who is results-oriented.
- Displays maturity.
- Prior exposure to content design will be an added advantage.
