Regional Learning Manager

We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill a Regional Learning Manager role. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to analyse and align training needs, co-design curriculum and initiatives to meet business and people development needs.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in learning and development. The successful candidate will develop and implement learning strategies and programs aligned with the organization's objectives for Region APJ with the HR leadership team and PC leads.

The Regional Learning Manager will partner with global Learning teams and Talent Development community to build and deliver effective learning solutions (APJ Learning Landscape) to support organizational growth. They will oversee and manage annual L&D planning across all APJ zones by leveraging L4U (Learning management system) and operations continuous improvement in the learning methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs aligned with the organization's objectives for Region APJ.
  • Partner with global Learning teams and Talent Development community to build and deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Oversee and manage annual L&D planning across all APJ zones.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years global / regional learning and talent management role or in a Professional HR consulting firm.
  • Exceptional understanding of L&D best practices, tools, methodologies, and more.
  • Ability to engage and influence all levels of employees and leaders.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and consultation skills.
