**HR Executive - Shared Services
**The Challenges**:

- Responsible for HR processes and transactions according to the documented procedures within the HR team. You will also handle the daily workload and deliver day-to-day HR transactions with minimum supervision.
- Supporting the business partners in all administration tasks E.g., contract renewal, preparation of re-employment contract; letter of certification, manpower requisitions form, acceptance of resignation and tracking of new staff confirmation.
- Completing the process of renewal and cancellation of work passes, including submission of 6ME.
- Ensuring that all administrative tasks (including liaising with TA, TR and TD) are delivered.
- Collating Performance Appraisal Forms for annual review exercise.
- Working with superior to assess and review the internal HR operational workflow to streamline work processes, leveraging on technology.
- Reviewing and re-designing e-forms and organize the e-filing for the TC team.
- Compiling data collected from employee surveys and exit interviews.
- Participating and giving support in special HR projects assigned by superior, HRM or HRD.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**What it Takes**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business / HR or equivalent with 3 years of HR exp
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
- Good communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
- Takes initiative, proactive and positive
- IT savvy; able to work on the cloud and familiar with MS Office suite
