- Plan and execute promotion/sales campaign across e-commerce platforms _(e.g. Shopee, Lazada) _and company’s online eStore.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for campaign submissions and resolve operational issues.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations and resolve any operational matters as they arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings and inventory across platforms.
- Manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring timely service recovery where needed
- Collaborate with different internal teams to plan and launch marketing/ sales campaign/ new product launches.
- Explore and manage new sales & marketing campaign opportunities to drive sales growth & brand visibility.
- Generate performance reports for analysis and strategic planning.
- Support any other ad hoc tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or sales related role.
- Familiarity with **Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify**platforms is an advantage (not mandatory).
- A self-starter who is driven, proactive, and eager to make a difference.
- Able to work well in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
