Sales Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Process sales order, arrange delivery and issue invoice.
- Verify orders to ensure accuracy of products and pricing, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Relay order instructions and feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Contact customers to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Manage stock reservations (including rental glass), and follow up on backorders when stocks arrive.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Maintain proper documentations.
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing team.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Proactive, attention to details and well organized
- Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
