Coordinate and execute subscription and redemption processes in accordance with fund guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with fund administrators on reviewing and validating fund Net Asset Value (NAV) documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with transfer agent and compliance on Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on investors.
- Perform simple due diligence on potential investors to assess suitability and manage investor onboarding process.
- Handle filings with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as required.
- Coordinate audit processes and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new investors, including the completion of necessary documentation and account setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain marketing collateral related to fund offerings.
- Generate and analyze cash reporting to monitor fund liquidity and facilitate investment decisions.
- Process payments and ensure timely settlement of transactions in coordination with external counterparties.
- Conduct periodic reviews of fund operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support the overall objectives of the fund operations team.
