We welcome energetic and creative individuals to be part of this ambitious journey with us. **About The Role**: We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Analyst to join our Fund Management team. This role is ideal for a junior investment professional with approximately one year of experience in fund operations, investment structuring, or asset management. The Analyst will support the full investment lifecycle — from fund structuring and transaction execution to investor servicing and post-investment monitoring. The role provides direct exposure to private market investments and Singapore’s Variable Capital Company (VCC) regime. **Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include**: - Fund Structuring & Regulatory CoordinationAssist in structuring private market investment vehicles under the VCC framework. Support interpretation and implementation of fund regulatory requirements, particularly MAS guidelines. - Transaction ExecutionFacilitate investor onboarding and manage the subscription process with global General Partners (GPs). Execute capital calls and coordinate redemptions across open - and closed-ended fund structures. Liaise with fund administrators, legal counsel, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate execution. - Fund Documentation & Deal ClosingPrepare and review key documentation such as term sheets, commitment agreements, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), private placement memorandums (PPMs), and marketing decks. Support end-to-end closing processes for primary fund commitment - Investor Relations & ServicingMaintain and update investor databases to streamline engagement and reporting. Lead investor onboarding processes including KYC/AML checks and documentation follow-ups. Schedule and organize investor calls and presentations. - Post-Transaction MonitoringTrack and reconcile Net Asset Values (NAVs) for underlying funds. Monitor capital account statements and performance reports from fund administrators. Flag material changes or irregularities to senior management for review. **About You ‍**: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. - Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in fund management, private markets, fund operations, or investment services. - Familiarity with private market fund structures and regulatory regimes such as the VCC is advantageous. - Strong documentation, process coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and document processing tools. - A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
