**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1.** **General and Administrative**
- Uphold company’s core values and maintain a professional appearance and demeanours that reflects the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and care and respect for individuals.
- Plan and coordinate with relevant team(s) to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
- Comply with all health and safety standards and workplace legislation.
- Communicate effectively with the assigned supervisor, internal teams and own team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that customer objectives are met and follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals.

**2.** **Scope of Work**
- Lead a team of operators to meet safety, productivity, quality, waste requirement and delivery schedules
- Analyse job process requirement, give recommendations and process improvements implementation.
- Investigate problems, analyse root causes and derive resolutions to customer complaints
- Ensure quality meet customers standards
- Maintain 5S housekeeping, ISO and Audit compliance
- Manage manpower deployment, training and development of employees
- Accountable for operational KPIs such as OEE, output, waste, and quality
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Production

**3. Key Performance Indicators**:
You are required to ensure the smooth operation of your section in meeting:
- On-time delivery
- Planned vs Actual Production Time
- Planned vs Actual Production Cost
- Overall Equipment Efficiency

**4.** **Requirements**
- Experience in printing/box packaging industries and possession of good knowledge for post press operations will be advantageous.
- Able to read and write in English and Chinese to conduct visual inspections for customer's artwork
- A team player and able to work independently under tight schedules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
