**Job Description**:
Our Technical Solutions Manager provides technical directions on the fabrication and installation of our products, aiming to increase productivity and enhance customer home living experience.

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled and experienced with outdoor blinds, aluminum windows and door industry.

You will provide technical guidance to our fabrication and installation teams.

You will be responsible for the technical excellence of our fabrication and installation activities, which includes:

- Assess and audit workflow for production and installation; to derive improvements on safety, efficiency and workmanship.
- Developing new options for motorising our products and integration with smart home systems.
- Inspect and assess our ecosystem of installers.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions based on each commercial project’s needs.
- Incorporate workflows with new systems.

**What will the Right Person look like?**
- You have technical experience in fabrication and/or installation activities involving aluminum products and glass products for windows, balconies and outdoor spaces.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are able to demonstrate critical problem-solving skills by analysing the issues and providing innovative and practical solutions.
- You will subscribe to the company core values of Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence.
- Applicants with relevant industry experience and/or relevant areas of study (Interior Design / Architecture / Engineering) are welcome.
