
Customer Onboarding Strategist, Google Customer

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with consultative sales
- Experience in media account management and/or the advertising industry
- Ability to speak and write Vietnamese and English fluently in order to communicate with representatives from external stakeholders in-market
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the TV or media industry
- Experience working in a digital agency, with a Google product focus
- Experience in a customer-facing role working with digital advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Shopping, Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with reaching out to customers/cold calling
- Passion for helping customers to add value to their business

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
The Customer Onboarding team plays a critical role in Google's Acquisitions organization and is responsible for a substantial portion of Google's advertising business growth across the globe. You will be engaging with new customers and supporting them in learning how best to utilize Google solutions for their business while also developing digital advertising solutions that meet their growth goals and business objectives.
In addition, you will work cross-functionally with program, product, and account management teams to ensure a streamlined customer onboarding experience. You'll work with a highly engaged fun team and use your creative skills to grow and transform the business while also using your consultative sales to understand our advertisers' needs and help them grow long-term.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a new customer portfolio and set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
- Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
- Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
