**What the role is**
- Senior Lecturer/Lecturer (Diploma in Accountancy and Finance)

**What you will be working on**
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct and deliver lessons to full-time diploma students and part-time adult learners in accounting/ finance/ technology related areas - Design, prepare and develop teaching and learning materials (for face-to-face and online learning) as well as to set and mark assessments - Support student learning and development through mentoring, student consultations and inspiring the students to actively participate in student developmental activities, events and competitions - Plan, develop and conduct customized workshops to adult learners - Drive industry projects and foster industry collaborations - Take on committee roles and any other duties as may be assigned

**What we are looking for**
- JOB REQUIREMENTS: - A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business or related discipline - At least 3 years of relevant experience in auditing, business consulting or relevant industry experience in Banking or Finance-related sectors - Must have experience in automation/ RPA and analytics - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Have strong industry linkages as you may be required to manage and support industry projects - Able to work independently as well as in a team environment - Have a passion for developing talents and enjoy working with young adults and adult learners - Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, and willingness to invest in continuous learning
