- 5+ years of experience in ACMV engineering, preferably within data centre or mission-critical facility projects, with a focus on design and construction phases.
- Proficiency in ACMV design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP) for creating technical drawings, load calculations, and system analysis.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, mechanical ventilation, cooling systems, and plumbing systems, including pumps, piping, and water treatment.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to ensure seamless integration of ACMV systems with other building systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex ACMV engineering issues.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer license, LEED accreditation) and memberships in relevant industry organizations are desirable.
