**Get to Know the Team**:
The Rewards team in People Operations oversees Grab's global compensation and benefits; planning our global workforce, and driving the People workstream for various M&A projects.

**Get to Know the Role**:
You will be part of the Regional Benefits Team to build upon the benefits that Grabbers enjoy in all the countries in which Grab operates. To further strengthen Grab's benefits proposition to Grabbers, you will be required to constantly ideate innovative offerings that not only differentiate Grab, but more importantly bring value, meaning, and purpose to Grabbers. Working closely with People Experience, and Country People Operations teams, you will be assisting in the revamping of the existing benefits programme as well as being involved in the designing and launching of new benefits programmes across Grab.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Collaborate closely with Country People Experience, People Operations team and other stakeholders (including Grabber Technology Solutions, Engagement Team, Finance, etc) in the delivery of benefits to Grabbers.
- Support the team in managing day-to-day operations.
- Manage benefits vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of benefit programmes to Grabbers and optimising benefits spending.
- Perform benchmarking exercises and analyses to ensure that our benefits programmes remain competitive with the external market.

**Learning Objectives**:

- Stakeholder management skills through working with various stakeholders within/ outside of Grab
- Logical and creative thinking through innovating and designing leading-edge benefits programmes
- To have a better understanding of the industry norm for benefits

**The Must-Haves**:

- Undergraduate with a preferred major in Human Resource
- Proactive and impartial team player who possesses the tenacity to meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced changes
- Organised, insightful, and can communicate well, both written and verbally
