- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
- Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
- Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions

Grocery Partnerships team is seeking a customer-obsessed, creative, goal-oriented, highly entrepreneurial and experienced Sr. Category Merchant Manager (CMM) to join our exciting and fast-paced team and play a critical role to our growth strategy. We're looking for a smart and talented person who will be responsible for developing and account managing our business which is expanding through new initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting and groundbreaking new initiative at Amazon with a focus on defining a business in its early stages.

Key job responsibilities
- P&L Owner: Responsible for building goals/targets and managing the Third Party Marketplace business for grocery. Communicate with internal leaderships as well as C-level of our partner merchants.
- Account Strategy: Own the business account management and brand opportunities, build the short-term, long-term strategy, maximizing growth and ensuring revenue/profitability goals are met.
- Business Operations & Process Improvement: Responsible for optimizing unique merchant selection, stakeholder alignment and ensuring product/compliance policies. Identify automation opportunities and influence tech teams, improve process for business enhancement.

Singapore, SGP
