Roles & Responsibilities

Working days : Mon - Friday 9am -6pm

Salary : $2,800 - $3,000

Location : Nearby Tai Seng MRT

**Responsibilities**:

- Suppliers invoice verification and processing
- Liaising with procurement and logistic departments on accounting activities
- Processing expense requests and staff claims
- Petty cash book maintenance
- Monitoring of receivables and expedite collections on past due invoices
- Sending monthly statement of accounts to clients
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations
Liaising with recruitment agency, clients and suppliers
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Basic administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in accounting and finance
- With at least 1 to 2 years working experience in relevant trade.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiar with MYOB accounting software
- Ability to set and prioritize goals and objectives.
- Fast learner, high initiative, resourceful and able to work independent.
- Strong team player.
