As an Online Business Operations Analyst, you will handle Online Strategy and Planning under the Regional Online Group.
You will need to help drive the online sales by providing in-depth analysis with internal and external data. You will also be leading a few strategic projects to enhance online operations.
**Rôle et Responsabilités**
- Monitoring and analysing e-commerce metrics and figures, and transforming e-commerce data into operational insights
- Analysing promotion/ campaigns and developing insights and guidelines to subsidiaries
- Engaging in existing strategic initiatives / practice and creating best practice for the region
- Uncovering opportunities in the e-commerce space by analysing competitors and platforms
- Initiating /Managing online strategic projects to drive performance improvement
**Skills and Qualifications**
- More than 5 years’ experience with 2+ years of experience in Analytics and business strategy, sales planning, project management in e-commerce with a brand or platform
- Proactive, self-motivated to initiate new ideas/projects to support online growth
- Able to conduct analysis in Excel leveraging diverse data set
- Able to draw clear conclusion/strategy and deliver in PowerPoint
- Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic working environment
- Team player, hard-working, willing to learn
- Able to use Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics tool
- Effective communication and presentation skills
